Erika Jayne’s EX Tom Girardi Says He Curses Prosecutor During Mental Competence Hearing: “F*ck You!!”
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne’s estranged husband Tom Girardi is making headlines after he berated a prosecutor during a mental competency hearing.
According to Courthouse News Service, Girardi apparently said or mouthed to one of the federal prosecutors, “Fuck you.”
The outlet reports that the comment could not be heard by the public, the prosecutor brought it to the judge’s attention, and neither Girardi nor his defense attorneys disputed it.
“I want the record to show that the defendant just said ‘fuck you’ to me.”
Tom Girardi’s competency hearing was a bit boring until a few minutes ago.
AUSA Ali Moghaddas confronted an expert who said Girardi was not in charge of the trial when Girardi spoke from the defense table.

The outburst came when Assistant US Attorney Ali Moghaddas Dr. Stacey Wood, a neuropsychologist who testified as an expert witness for the defense on Tuesday, was cross-examined. Moghaddas said the outburst was evidence that Girardi could understand what was going on in the trial and that he knew he had “nothing to lose.”
“It’s certainly rude and inappropriate,” Wood said. “They deserve our respect.”
Prosecutors believe Girardi could lobby the judge to get off lightly.
