One of Netflix’s sillier baking shows is returning to us very soon! Is it cake too? will premiere this June, so get ready to watch a brand new crew of bakers battle it out to dazzle and mystify a panel of celebrity judges as they try to guess which objects are real and which are cakes.
is it cake premiered in March 2022 and its concept is unique in that it is based on a viral internet trend most commonly seen on TikTok. You may have seen the posts and threads on the internet asking people if a seemingly ordinary household item is real or cake. It became a running gag in the truest sense of the word anything could be cake.
The show takes that concept and kicks it into overdrive, as season one’s contestants were forced to make pie versions of everything from purses to fast food and more. Here’s everything we know so far about the game show’s new season.

The second season of the crazy cooking show returns Friday 30 June 2023. All episodes of the new season will be released simultaneously.
