Exclusive: Chicago Case Against R Kelly To Be DROPPED … Could Be Released From Prison!!

The federal charges against R Kelly are expected to be dropped, Media Take Out has learned, raising the possibility that the R&B singer will eventually be released from prison.

R Kelly, real name Robert Kelly, was convicted last year and sentenced to 30 years in prison on nine counts of racketeering and sex trafficking in a federal court in New York in June. The jury in that case found that Kelly had started a criminal enterprise that enabled him to recruit and transport underage girls for sex.

The case is up for appeal – with the argument of R Kelly’s lawyers whatever you think of his actions with minors, he was not part of a criminal enterprise – but a single actor. The lower court did not believe this argument, Many legal scholars say that R. Kelly’s legal team has a VERY REAL chance of winning the appeal on this issue.

According to the evidence and testimonies presented in court, the New York case focused on racketeering allegations and allegations that Kelly, his bodyguards, drivers, managers and others had devised a decades-old scheme that led to the abuse of young fans.

R Kelly WAS facing separate federal charges in federal court in Illinois — and those charges were MUCH more likely to stand. The Illinois trial was to specifically focus on R. Kelly’s conduct and on videotapes allegedly made by Kelly depicting a p***.

But now those charges appear to be being dropped by prosecutors.

Media Take Out confirmed that one of R Kelly’s victims said they were notified that prosecutors dropped the charges against R Kelly.

Jerhonda Pace, the first victim to come forward and testify against R. Kelly in court, posted THIS on social media yesterday.
