Media Take Out has spoken to several people close to Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann, and we have some EXPLOSIVE news to share. Divorce is about to get messy!!

When most of the reality couple’s fans found out about their split, they were shocked and upset. Some were so incredulous that they thought the breakup might be some kind of publicity stunt.

Well, Media Take Out can attest that their breakup is very real… and very BITTER.

How bitter? Well, according to our insiders, Kroy wants to take her kids, kids away!!

The former NFL player, 37, has filed for sole legal and physical custody of his and the Real Housewives of Atlanta graduate’s four children, Kroy Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia Documents filed May 5 in Fulton County Superior Court and obtained by Media Take Out

According to the documents, Kim – who is also a mother to Brielle, 25, and Ariana, 21, from previous relationships – was served with a subpoena asking her and Kroy to fill out a home admission worksheet detailing their children’s treatment in the monitored for the next 30 days.

And according to a person close to Kroy, the former houseman is very serious. The insider exclusively told Media Take Out, “Kroy wants sole custody of.” [their 4 kids].”

Under Georgian law, it is almost impossible for a father to gain sole custody of the children unless he can prove in court that the mother is somehow abusing the children.

We told Kroys Insider, and he told us, “Just wait and see how things go in court.”

Kim is also preparing for war. Last week she applied to the court for a drug test on Kroy. Kim has claimed in legal documents that Kroy smokes weed frequently, and she claims that his Marijana use should be considered harmful to her children.
