FaZe Simp reveals which retired Call of Duty pro he’d love to team with in CDL

Atlanta FaZe’s Chris ‘Simp’ Lehr has revealed the retired Call of Duty pro he would have loved to work with and named a multiple world champion as his number one pick.

Ever since he first entered the Pro League in Black Ops 4, Simp has been a standout player in every sense of the word. Not only has he been the best player in the game in various titles, but he often looks light years ahead of the competition, with accolades to prove it.

However, with Simp being so new to the pro scene, there are a number of legends he never worked with or competed against in their prime, with years of history he hasn’t really gotten to experience as a player.

But looking back at the game’s legends, Simp singled out a retired pro as someone he’d love to work with: Canadian star and one of the most successful in CoD history, Damon “Karma” Barlow.

Karma is one of the most successful players in Call of Duty history.

During a Q&A session on his YouTube channel, Simp answered which retired pro he would like to play with and explained why Karma was his first choice.

“If I had to choose, it would be Damon ‘Karma’ Barlow simply because I feel like he’s probably hilarious,” said the two-time world champion. “I also feel like it was just super fun to work with him.”

He continued, “The guy was just GOATy back when he was playing and I don’t know, I feel like he could still have it in him if he wanted to.”

There’s no denying that Simp and Karma would have made for some great viewers together in their prime – and Karma’s storied career might have lasted even longer had he managed to slip onto a team with Simp in Modern Warfare, instead of joining the Seattle Surge roster.

As one of the greatest to ever touch the game, it’s no surprise Simp picked Karma for it – but now fans can only wonder what would have happened if they had teamed up.
