Female Rapper Ice Spice Has A New Man …. Stranger Things Caleb McLaughlin!!
Ice Spice, the Bronx-born rapper who’s taking the world by storm, follows Cardi B’s script to the tee. First she landed one of the hottest hits of the summer, “Munch,” and now she’s landed a super famous man.
Media Take Out has confirmed Ice Spice, 22, is dating Caleb McLaughlin, 20, the African-American star of the hit Netflix series Stranger Things.
According to a top industry insider, the couple have been dating for a few weeks and while their relationship is new, it’s also intense. The insider explained, “Ice Spice and Caleb are together and totally into each other.”
Ice Spice Dating Caleb is uncannily similar to Cardi B Dating Offset, who was a much bigger star than Cardi at the time and had international crossover appeal.
Caleb gained recognition for his role as Lucas Sinclair in the Netflix series Stranger Things (since 2016). McLaughlin began his career on the Broadway stage as Young Simba in the musical The Lion King, followed by small roles on television. After his breakthrough with Stranger Things, he appeared in the films High Flying Bird (2019) and Concrete Cowboy (2020), his first starring role in a feature film. His work also includes the miniseries The New Edition Story (2017) and various roles as a television announcer.
The Bronx-born artist only started making music last year, but her resume already includes a Drake co-signing and an upcoming tour with B-Lovee.
Less than a month ago, 22-year-old Fordham Bronx native Ice Spice (whose real name has not yet been revealed to the masses) dropped her breakout single “Munch (Feelin’ U),” which didn’t just bring in the drill-rapper a coveted co-signing from Drake, but also a spot touring North America alongside B-Lovee over the next two months.
While her success may seem suspiciously sudden to some, the rising star has actually been releasing music for about a year. During an interview with Audiomack, she shut down rumors about her being an industrial plant, saying, “I know what it took to get me here and I know the amount of work I’m putting in… I really feel like that.” they know it’s me.” I’m not a plant.
