Fiori Rosso, Bierhaul, Fire Nashville Hot Chicken offer variety outside the city

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Three new venues from newcomers and established names on the dining scene bring very different offerings to the Philadelphia suburbs.

James Beard veteran Marc Vetri co-opened his first Italian steakhouse in Bryn Mawr Fiori Rosso.

The menu features steaks measuring up to 40 ounces with vegetables and sides meant for sharing.

at beer towa 17th-century stone house, has been converted into a European-style beer hall and garden.

The owners are from Ireland and France and wanted to create what they were used to. They did so in this expansive space in Thornton that includes a patio and outdoor area for family fun.

Fire Nashville Hot Chicken is a newcomer to West Chester and offers authentic hot chicken sandwiches and more, using techniques and ingredients the owners have learned from repeated trips to Nashville.

All items are prepared to order, including spice levels to suit personal tastes.
