Officers on the scene noticed flames coming from a roof vent and were able to launch an inside attack to successfully put out the fire. Neighboring businesses also suffered smoke damage, according to the Nashville Fire Department.

Nashville Fire Department investigators said the fire appeared to have started after smoking elements were left unattended and caused the blaze to reach the roof.

No other information was immediately released.
