THE FINAL model of Britain’s most popular car is set to roll off the assembly line today – marking the end of the era.

But Britain’s best-selling car of all time will still be worth a hefty sum in the long run for those looking to sell their beloved Ford Fiesta.

The popular car was in production for over 47 years and first came to the UK in 1976.

It topped the annual UK sales chart 16 times and was hailed as Britain’s favorite vehicle.

Over 4.8 million models have been sold in the UK – 22 million have been sold worldwide.
