Forgotten Man Utd star sets up his own pre-pre-season training sessions as fans beg Ten Hag not to sell him

AMAD DIALLO has taken extra measures to ensure he can hit the ground running this season – whether he’s at Manchester United or not.
The 21-year-old Ivory Coast international winger joined Old Trafford in January 2021 for £37million from Italian club Atalanta.
He has only made a handful of first-team appearances since then and has spent the majority of the last 18 months on loan, first with Rangers and then Sunderland.
The latter made Diallo shine in the championship last season and the Black Cats would love to have him back.
But his performances also drew attention elsewhere and we reported that Erik ten Hag wanted to give him a chance to impress in pre-season for the Red Devils.
He played in last week’s 2-0 friendly win over Leeds United and is hoping for more United appearances.
Now the athlete have revealed that Diallo has indeed done everything to ensure he is in top form.
They claim he was spotted doing the rounds on an artificial turf pitch at the Platt Lane Sports Complex in Fallowfield a few weeks ago.
The star “was put through his paces by a manager who works in Manchester United’s academy programmes” but “the session was not prepared by the club”.
Instead, it was Diallo who organized it after “forming a friendship” with the coach.

He arranged the “extracurricular activities designed to help him get in the best possible shape not only for the new season but also for the pre-season which will have a significant impact on where he plays football next year”.
And a few days later he was joined by his academy graduates Brandon Williams and former United youngster Dion McGhee.
He is now back in full training with United’s side under Ten Hag and hopes to play a role in this afternoon’s Edinburgh clash against Lyon.
He has made nine appearances for United’s first-team so far, scoring one goal.
And after news of his extra sessions broke, fans took to social media to beg Ten Hag to use him.
One tweeted: “United must keep him, he is more than capable of helping this side next season.”
Another wrote: “Why is there still doubt about this guy? He would definitely give Antony real competition. He is good!”

As another commented, “WE NEED AMAD TO COOK!”
