She added, “I know he was in a lot of pain towards the end, so I hope he’s freed from the bondage his body has put on him.”
“Rest in the Force, he was a force I have known forever.”
Laura fans ran to offer their condolences.
One wrote: “So sorry to hear that. Best regards.”
Another posted: “So sorry you lost Laura. Despite the inevitability, it doesn’t alleviate the feeling that the ground has been removed from beneath you. I was touched to see his raw and honest posts about his cancer. I don’t want to.” to use the word “struggle” as it bestows a sort of heroic majesty on this vile disease. I send my best regards to all his family and friends.”
A third added: “I’m so sorry to hear this devastating news. I took some of my favorite photos of you. I captured your radiance and your smile. I am thinking of his family at this painful time. Sending you all my love and thoughts.”
