SUMMER is going really well, but while the sunshine will certainly bring a spring to our feet, soaring temperatures are not without problems.
From tossing and turning all night to struggling to sweat on the tube, many of us may struggle to keep our temperature steady as the weather gets warmer.
But luckily, some of our favorite celebs are ready to offer tips and tricks to stay cool this summer – and they’re not going bust…
From Mrs. Hinch’s ice tray hack to Alison Hammond’s sock trick, here’s how you can cheat…
Mother-of-five Stacey Solomon is the Queen of Hacks – so it’s no surprise that she has plenty of tips for staying calm.
First, she revealed how she keeps her kids’ water bottles cold so they stay hydrated throughout the day.
Instead of filling the bottles to the top and freezing them to form a solid ice block, she only filled them halfway.
The Loose Women star, 33, wrote: “I’m filling up the boys’ water bottles, leaving them lying on their side in the freezer so they have ice cold to go to school.”
Sharing her own tip, she added: “I put my pillowcase in the freezer for 20 minutes before bed.
“There’s nothing better than a cold pillow.”

And this isn’t the first time the Arrange Your Life host has shared a helpful heatwave hack.
Previously, she talked about how she put baby wipes in the freezer to keep them cold for days.
Showing how she packed her kids, she said she gives cold water, frozen sweet potatoes, diapers, a spare set of clothes, iced coffee and frozen baby wipes cleverly into the backpack.
“The frozen wipes are like a cold pack that I can also use to wipe myself,” she explains.
Hygiene influencer Ms. Hinch shares a quick and easy way to stay cool when temperatures soar – while helping her stay hydrated and refreshed.
Taken to InstagramThe mother-of-two previously told how she filled her ice cube tray with chopped fruit – including strawberries, oranges, lemons and limes.
Place a piece of fruit in each cube, then she pours water on top of the fruit.
Next, she simply places the tray in the freezer and waits for the mixture to solidify into ice cubes.
She wrote: “It only took me 40 minutes (running around in this heat) trying to get Roy back [llama and laughing emoji]She joked.
“@eatwiththekids silicone tray”.
Former Jungle Queen Jacqueline Jossa has revealed the genius way she keeps her kids cool – and it all has to do with setting up her enviable garden.
While they don’t come cheap, the mother-of-two decided to make some money off of her Lay-Z-Spa Hawaiian Hot Tub by filling it with cold water for the summer.
The former soap star was Instagram and wrote: “In a cold bath, it really freezes!
“It’s like an ice box… but it’s great.”
She also shared a photo of the double sun lounger she bought for her daughters Ella and Mia, which comes complete with a sunshade to help protect them from strong UV rays.
They also have two drink compartments so the couple can stay hydrated during the heatwave.
If you’ve got a date but worried about the heat, fear not…Ruth Langsford has the perfect solution.
The much-loved host went out to eat with her husband Eamonn Holmes and brought along a mini fan given by none other than Gok Wan.
In a post shared to Instagram, she wrote: “For those asking…. the mini fan was a gift to me from @therealgokwan …..best thing EVER….as a woman of a certain age, I take it everywhere!!”
However, Amazon offers similar USB-powered mini desk fans for just £9.99.
This Morning host Alison Hammond previously appeared on a segment of the ITV show and shared her top tips for dealing with the heat.
Her first idea was simple – fill a hot water bottle with cold water or crushed ice.
It will work the opposite way, so instead of giving off heat, it will give off a refreshing chill.
The mother-of-one, 48, also suggests filling a spray bottle with water and misting herself with cool mist when you need it, while also placing a bowl of ice water in front of a fan.
The 10-minute DIY ice fan trick will help circulate cooler air, and if you don’t have ice on hand, that’s not – frozen products like vegetables and fruits work just as well.
Finally, and perhaps the most unusual cooling trick Alison shares, is to fill a sock with rice and place it in the freezer for between one and three hours.
This will create a frozen bean bag shape that can be easily applied to your body to help cool you down.
Learning from her mistakes, Nadia Sawalha, 58, shared with her followers on social media what they shouldn’t do when the temperature is so high – that is drinking.
The Loose Women star has previously talked about how hot she is so she took a large sip, “and then another” to cool down.
However, she pointed out that it didn’t work and instead, she felt nothing but sweat and intoxication.
However, she helpfully went on to share a cooling trick she did – place a wet towel over the fan to keep the air cool.
This will keep the room cooler because the water will evaporate, helping to draw heat out of the air.
So why not try for yourself?
