The 37-year-old, who rose to fame on the MTV show in 2010, was busy training hard for a bodybuilding competition he took part in over the weekend.

Jay took part in the Physical Culture Association First Timers Record Breaking (5) competition at Birmingham Town Hall on Sunday (September 24).
The reality star won the height category and is a regional qualifier for the PCA British Finals.
Jay took to Instagram to celebrate his success with a snap of the day.
Many rushed to the comments section to congratulate him.
His former co-star Holly Hagan wrote: “Did it!!”
Kyle Christie added: “Well done bro humming.”
Towie’s Jordan Brook chimed in: “👏👏👏.”
It comes after The Sun revealed Celebs Go Dating star and Tom Zanetti’s ex Jay’s secret girlfriend.
The handsome Geordie star has been dating Leah May Escorido for a few months.
Jay exclusively told The Sun: “Leah and I decided to take our relationship to the next level after knowing each other for a while.”
“We enjoy the same lifestyle and have similar interests. We are currently enjoying our time traveling together.”
“We discussed the possibility of moving abroad in the future.
“Right now we’re in a really good place and we’re taking it step by step.”
Jay was a founding member of Geordie Shore in 2011.
He appeared in series one to three before returning for series six and seven in 2016.
Jay then returned to our screens once again in 2022 and has appeared in the series ever since.
