A GLASGOW Tube line has been closed to passengers – causing chaos for some travellers.
The outer circle of the busy transport hub came to a standstill due to a “passenger incident” tonight.
Operator SPT confirmed services on the outer circle ceased around 9pm tonight.
SPT announced the temporary measures on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.
The post said, “I’m sorry, the Outer Circle is currently closed due to a passenger-related incident.”
“Inner Circle is running as usual. I will inform you when services resume in the Outer.”
The nature of the incident is unknown.
Police of Scotland and UK Transport Police have been asked for comment.
