Google’s Pixel Buds Pro remain one of our favorite sets of true wireless earbuds, earning an 87 score earlier this year for offering effective active noise-cancelling (ANC), responsive on-ear controls, and a solid seven hours of uninterrupted playback time with ANC on (and up to 11 hours without it) and a powerful bass-forward sound that works particularly well with hip-hop and modern pop tracks. A recent firmware update also added a more robust EQ tool. However, they are more difficult to sell at their typical price of $200 in an increasingly crowded market.

Today, however, Wellbots has a deal that drops the earbuds to $150 if you use the code ENGN50 at checkout. We’ve seen a few deals on Pixel Buds Pro over the past few weeks, but this deal marks the lowest price we’ve tracked for them to date, beating the previous low we saw during Amazon’s Prime Early Access sale earlier this month have seen around 2 dollars.

We’re broadly fans of the Pixel Buds Pro, but the earbuds have a few caveats worth noting. The call quality, for example, is okay, and the integrated transparency mode sounds too dull in our opinion. Its IPX4 water resistance rating is basic, there’s no aptX support, and we had a few more pairing issues than we would have liked during testing.

Plus, it’s a crowded market again: Bose’s QuietComfort Earbuds II are a better choice if you prioritize ANC, while Apple’s second-gen AirPods Pro play much better with iPhones. Sennheiser’s Momentum True Wireless 3 offers overall superior sound, and pairs like the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, Beats’ Fit Pro and Sony’s WF-1000XM4 also have their share of unique advantages.

However, all of these cost a little more than the Pixel Buds Pro as of this writing. The upcoming Black Friday sales could bring lower and lower prices, but especially for Android users who want a well-rounded pair of wireless earbuds in the $150 range today, this deal should represent good value.

Aside from Pixel Buds Pro, Wellbots offers some discounts on additional Google devices that we like. Nest Audio’s smart home speaker, which we gave a score of 87 when it launched in late 2020, has dropped to $50 with the code ENGN50. That’s the lowest price we’ve tracked. On the smart display side, the 10-inch Nest Hub Max is down to $159 with the code ENGN70while the 7-inch Nest Hub is available for $50 with the code ENGN50. These displays scored 86 and 89, respectively, and both offerings are about $5 to $15 below the typical asking prices we’ve seen over the past few months. Finally, the tiny Nest Mini speaker is down to $20 with the code ENGN29– not the lowest price we’ve been tracking, but still a decent price for those looking to jump on the smart speaker bandwagon.
