The star happened to appear on Sean Paul’s new song titled “light my fire.’ And in the music video, we can see that Gwen’s blonde hair has been braided into dreadlocks.

Not only that, she happens to be wearing a dress based on the colors of the Jamaican flag. While the collaboration was highly anticipated, the star seems to have gotten into big trouble.

And that was reflected in the comments that followed on social media. A certain subset of people began slamming Gwen for being culturally insensitive. A person wrote: Gwen Stefani even has ~terrifying~ twists in this video.

“I’m screaming right. She’s seen all the tweets saying her era of cultural appropriation is being missed, and she told BET. Still, this isn’t the first time Gwen has faced criticism in this regard.

In which pictures Here we see Gwen in different costumes in relation to the different supply cultures. This tendency to dress like other cultures do has brought her into some controversy.

In the course of promoting their first album ‘Love Angel Music Baby”, Gwen decided to dance with some Japanese artists called “Harajuku Girls”. In another picturewe can see Gwen being joined by the dancers as they all dress in outfits appropriate for teenage school girls.

And that controversy was addressed by the star in 2019. In her comments at the time, Gwen noticed: “I get a little defensive when folks [call it culture appropriation]because if we didn’t allow each other to share our cultures, what would we be?
