Hair removal guru warns the unhygienic reason women should wax, not shave, their legs – especially if you’re dark haired

Hair removal expert has revealed why women should only wax their legs.
Hair removal experts say shaving is not good, especially if you have darker hair.
Trish Coulton, a hair removal expert who has worked with the Made in Chelsea cast, warns that razors are more than just shaving.
There’s a reason you feel itchy shortly after shaving your legs.
“By shaving, you are effectively ‘cutting’ the hair and cutting it to the skin level, which means that within 24 hours most of us should feel the hair grow back like a beard,” she says. .”
But the reason Trish believes shaving is a bad thing is because razors can easily spread bacteria.
“You’re actually spreading dead, rotting skin over your most intimate areas, and if you have cuts or cuts while shaving, this can also cause inflammation and skin infections,” says Trish. “
The beautician also explains that shaving isn’t always the easiest method of hair removal.
Chances are if you shave, depending on your hair growth, you’ll need to do it daily.
That’s about the extra 10 minutes you spend in the shower.
You’ll also spend money on shaving cream or perhaps you’re daring to just use your bar or soap.
But Trish explains that this is actually a terrible idea.

When shaving, you want to lubricate the blade and skin to minimize the risk of a shaving rash.
And of course there’s always the chase to nickname yourself with that blade.
Hair removal cream is not a good alternative, not only causing irritation but also causing hair loss to the skin, not the root.
Trish believes that the best method of hair removal is waxing.
She says: “With waxing, you won’t have those razor-sharp stubbles anymore. Hair grows in many different directions, so it’s best to ask a professional to take care of it.”
But this is not something you should try at home. Trish says to only see a professional for waxing.

Of course there is always the option of laser hair removal.
If done by a professional, it’s usually painless and after waxing, you won’t need to do it as often.
