The former Spurs forward successfully completed his medical yesterday and signed a five-year, £415,000-a-week deal.

And now he has broken his silence after ending his 19-year stay in north London.

In an Instagram video, he said: “It’s hard to put into words how to say goodbye to a club and fans who have done so much for me throughout my career.”

“You will always be in my heart. Thank you Tottenham, thank you Tottenham fans.”

The clip was accompanied by a caption that read: “It’s hard to put into words how to say goodbye to a club and its fans who have done so much for me throughout my career.”

“You will always be in my heart. Thank you Tottenham, thank you Tottenham fans.”

Kane is Spurs’ all-time leading scorer with 280 goals in 435 games.

He’s also just 47 goals shy of Alan Shearer’s all-time Premier League goals tally of 260.

Kane landed in Germany yesterday to undergo a medical after finally getting the green light and overcoming a series of flight problems.

Bayern are now ready to officially announce Kane as their player and he completed the move in time to be registered for adoption this afternoon.

Thomas Tuchel’s side meet cup winners RB Leipzig at the Allianz Arena in the first game of the season as the two clubs battle it out for the German Super Cup.

And that could mean the star finally gets his hands on a trophy on the first day he’s not a Tottenham player.

Kane will earn £21.6million a year at Bayern, which translates to £415,000 a week.
