Harry Styles makes a surprising career move as he turns new real estate into a lucrative business

HARRY STYLES has splashed out £3.8million on a listed building that will be converted into a pre-school for young children.
He called his last album “Harry’s House,” but it’s more like “Harry’s Creche,” where he became the owner of a nursery.
The As It Was singer secretly bought a property in December. Now the wheels are in motion to prepare it for its new use.
This means that Harry is likely to receive a fortune every year as the landlord for the kindergarten business.
A source said: “The building is absolutely spectacular, so keeping it as a home is what most people would want.”
“But it was most recently used as an office, so it would be easier to convert it into something else.
“It’s a smart investment for Harry, who can now sit back as a landlord and watch the money pour in.
“Unfortunately, it is unlikely that fans of his music or their parents in attendance will see him there.
“But it’s still a cool connection to one of music’s biggest stars.”
Harry is worth £150million and has previously put money into the Co-op Live arena in Manchester, which is due to open in April. This investment came in 2020, years after his first job delivering newspapers for a co-op store.
After the two-year series of his Love On Tour concerts, which ended in Italy in July, he is currently taking it easy. Harry was in London with his new girlfriend, actress Taylor Russell.
The last four years have been hectic, with two albums, a tour and two films. After all this, he’s going to need a good night’s sleep.
So take my advice. Stay away from this nursery full of screaming children.
Are you excited to see Hailey’s black?
HAILEY BIEBER and Selena Gomez narrowly avoided running into each other as they left a Paris Fashion Week afterparty six months after settling their feud.
They were both dressed in all black as they let their hair down in the French capital on Tuesday evening (above). But they arrived and left the same nightclub separately, without an unpleasant encounter entering or leaving.
The two have been pitted against each other by fans, with Selena being the ex-girlfriend of Hailey’s superstar husband Justin.
In March, Selena had to beg her fans not to harass Hailey online after a heated argument broke out on social media. Many claimed she was copying the Hands To Myself singer.
However, I doubt this would have brought them much closer together.
And it’s probably best if they stay out of each other’s way.
Police are monitoring a reunion on TikTok
THE POLICE are working together again – but only to start a TikTok page.
Frontman Sting insisted it was the end when they completed their reunion tour in 2008.
But surprisingly, the band has officially joined the social media app to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the album Synchronicity and will be sharing original content there.
All three members – bassist Sting, guitarist Andy Summers and drummer Stewart Copeland – are involved in the account.
But I’m told there are no plans for anything else.
The group was formed 46 years ago and had hits such as Roxanne and Message In A Bottle. But in 2008, Sting said, “As soon as we’re done with our reunion tour, that’s it for The Police.”
I still keep my fingers crossed.
Chic scent back in time
VICTORIA BECKHAM smells success as she poses for a sultry snap to promote her debut fragrance collection.
She has created three perfumes: “San Ysidro Drive”, which is linked to her former address in LA, “Suite 302”, inspired by a hotel room in Paris, and “Portofino”, which is a nod to her first vacation with husband David in The year is 1997.
Posh said of the image: “I was in a big studio in Brooklyn with a huge projection of a Portofino landscape behind me and a crew of over 100 people.
“I’m standing on a rock and holding on to a railing with all my strength, balancing in crazy high heels.
“I looked behind me and saw Portofino and I felt quite emotional. The story behind each scent is as emotional as the next.”
In 1975 they went on an “indefinite” break from concerts
1975’s Matty Healy has announced that the band will be taking an “indefinite concert break” after the end of their current tour.
The group, which formed in school in 2002, broke the news on Tuesday in California on the opening night of their U.S. tour.
Matty told the audience: “We love coming here and playing for you whenever we get the chance – and it’s wonderful that you’re all here.
“After this tour we will be taking an indefinite break from shows, so it’s wonderful to have you with us tonight.”
It’s unclear if this means they’re breaking up or just taking a live break.
They have shows booked until March, when the tour is scheduled to end in Amsterdam.
The common sense of the globes
I’ve long said that film awards ceremonies are completely absurd – because they don’t typically recognize films that most people actually see.
That’s why I’m glad the Golden Globes team is coming to its senses and introducing a new category for films that make it big at the box office, rather than a low-budget Japanese-language art film about a one-legged orphan or something like that.
They have announced that the January ceremony will feature the Cinematic and Box Office Achievement Award, given to the highest-earning or most-watched feature films of the year.
There will probably be nominations for Barbie, Oppenheimer and Mission: Impossible, so it’s right up my alley.
The second newly added category is “Best Performance in Television Stand-up Comedy,” which will help promote comedians in the pits.
The only thing that usually makes me laugh when I watch these ceremonies is how ridiculous some of the winners are.

So the new Globes award should give us some much-needed smiles.
But considering how long and arduous the annual Golden Globes can be, they might want to scrap some of the other categories.
