One onlooker said: “He kept a low profile and went largely unrecognized. He swam laps and practiced his diving.”

Harry, 29, is currently taking a break in the capital after finishing his worldwide Love On Tour shows.

Harry, who is now dating Canadian actress Taylor Russell, 29, said: “I feel like the people who discovered cold water swimming are so happy for you that you’ve found it too. “
