Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan star in Netflix’s latest big-budget action film. heart of stonea world-spanning adventure directed by Tom Harper, whose previous credits include: Peaky Blinders And war peace.
heart of stone is all about a quantum supercomputer called “Herz” and the many people vying to get their hands on it – or to protect it.
Gadot plays a super spy tasked with doing whatever it takes to protect the Heart. She works for a secret peacekeeping organization called Charter. The charter operates outside of government control and uses the heart to calculate the odds in a given situation. They use the heart to achieve ideal results in situations where the stakes are high.
Gadot delivers a serviceable performance but is often overshadowed by her co-star Alia Bhatt, a popular Indian actress. heart of stone marks her big Hollywood debut.
heart of stone received bad reviews from critics. However, the audience was more forgiving. It’s by no means a masterpiece, but if you’re looking for one, it is Impossible Mission-esque spy thriller with lots of action heart of stone is a good choice.
