Bristol Rovers footballer Scott, 34, waits on the steps for Helen, 32, with her three children.

The couple – whose split was revealed by The Sun last year – share Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two.

Helen wrote: “I found this video coming back from the jungle. I’ve been gone a month and I’ve never left my babies.”

She and multimillionaire athlete Scott were together for 13 years – with the pair starting dating in 2009.

She explained they split before heading to South Africa to film the show in September – but kept her ring on to keep the split a secret.

The actress told OK!: “I wore my engagement ring when I was in the jungle.

“We had just broken up and I didn’t want everyone to be like, ‘Where’s your ring?’ I wanted to keep it private for the kids.”

She added: “I just hope we can become good friends and co-parents. A lot of people say, ‘Oh stay, make things work for the kids’.

“But kids need happy parents and they need a happy environment, so it’s not always that easy.”

The Sun revealed in October that Helen, who played Rosie Webster in Corrie, and Scott had ended their relationship.
