Excitedly, Helen tried on a skintight pink dress and drew attention by boldly removing her bra in the process.
In the video, the former actress can be seen removing her lingerie top and donning a bright pink corset-style bodycon midi dress.
Her makeup was flawless, with a full face of contouring, bronzer, blush, false eyelashes, smoky eyeshadow and plum lipstick.
Helen’s thick blonde locks have been styled in loose waves with added volume and texture.
She captioned the post: “My 33rd birthday dress 👸🏼 @houseofcb #gift 💗 haven’t had a chance to actually wear it and celebrate yet as I’ve been busy with the kids and summer holidays and am so disorganized , but I’ll get out of the house soon.
