In a series of Instagram stories on May 12, Hilaria guides her followers through a food allergy test she received for María, to find out if they think she has an allergy. Are you allergic to cashews? During the appointment, the seasoned mom demonstrates how she allows her 13-month-old baby to nap on the go. “Unfortunately, these appointments coincide with nap times,” Hilaria writes over a short video of María in a stroller. “So she’s tired, and let’s test the napping magic on this stroller.” She then checks off a list of nap essentials for María – like the ocean sounds on her iPhone and a side position – but at the top of her list is “hemp milk.” oil in a bottle”.

Hilaria explains why she feeds her baby hemp milk in the next slide. She writes: “I make hemp milk because I leave my babies almost without milk (after I finish feeding them). “They get it from time to time, but they mostly eat a plant-based diet.” Hilaria showcases the benefits of hemp milk, which she finds important. “I like hemp more than the others because it has a lot of good stuff in it (no, it’s not pot),” she wrote, alongside a smiley emoji.
