A HOLS jet was delayed 25 hours – after running out of loo roll.
The plane was due to leave Manchester for Egypt at 9.55am on Thursday.

Passengers only boarded in the afternoon, with TUI blaming the weather – and the captain revealing they had to stock up on toilet paper and towels.
The staff got supplies from another plane. But at 4.30pm the flight was canceled due to a “minor technical problem”. This meant that the crew had reached their legal working hours, so passengers without luggage were accommodated in a hotel.
The jet finally took off for Sharm El-Sheikh yesterday morning.
Dawn Anderson emailed The Sun while waiting on board with son Laurie, ten, daughter Libby and Libby’s boyfriend.
Dawn, 53, said: “The captain was very apologetic and said the catering company who should have provided the loo roll and towels brought fruit drinks instead.
“It sounds like a joke, but the passengers are incredulous.”
TUI said: “We are really sorry for the customers of flight TOM718 who unfortunately were delayed overnight.
“This is due to a combination of weather, airport congestion and a minor technical issue that resulted in the flight crew working their legal maximum hours.”
