Hooters makes major announcement to celebrate 40 years – and customers will love the new additions

HOOTERS has made a big announcement to celebrate four decades of restaurant service.

The legendary American chain will bring three new additional locations to Las Vegas and three more to Central Florida.

The new Hooters restaurants, which are coming to central Florida, will be located in The Villages neighborhood, a cluster of senior citizen neighborhoods made up of three counties, Hooters said in one release.

The Company is currently selecting suitable locations in The Villages and North Las Vegas, with the six new locations expected to open in early 2024.

The additional units that the chain plans to develop are the result of a six-unit agreement with the original founders of the brand, now known as Hooters Management Corporation.

As the brand celebrates 40 years of success in hospitality, the company said the major agreement puts Hooters on track to make 2023 a “historic” year of growth.

As the company expands its presence in the two major states, Hooters notes that the company has “a special focus on residential communities.”

The agreement allows Hooters to expand its reach into The Villages by entering a sixth county, as it currently owns the rights to five counties across Florida.

The press release goes as far as saying Las Vegas has historically been a largely untouched market for the franchise brand.

“Expanding into states where we have had repeat success while expanding into new key markets is our recipe for success,” said Neil Kiefer, CEO of Hooters Management Corporation.

“Florida has been a proven state for many years – people in the Villages have been asking for Hooters, and we’re here to deliver,” he added.

“HMC created this brand, has evolved it over the past 40 years and will remain optimistic as we grow with it.”

Hooters is making great strides and also gaining recognition by being included in the Nation’s Restaurant News 2022 Top 500 list.

“Having the original founders continue to grow and build new businesses with us further validates the success of our brand and its upward momentum,” said Chief Development Officer of HOA Brands, parent company of Hooters & Hoots Wings.
