What did people say EO?

announced Mashable’s Belen Edwards EO as one of the must-see films of the New York Film Festival. She writes “EO [is] guaranteed to be one of the strangest yet most moving films you’ll see from NYFF this year.”

“The film puts us squarely in EO’s shoes (or hooves?) with beautiful cinematography and a suitably strolling storyline. As cute as EO and some of his adventures are, EO does not shy away from violence towards his lead, making for a film that is as brutal and melancholy as it is captivating and occasionally sweet.
