I absolutely hate wearing a bra – I found a simple hack using two household items that means I don’t have to

A TIKTOKER has revealed a trick to give her support without wearing a bra, and all you need are two household items.

The fashion guru took to social media to admit that she hates wearing bras and found an alternative method that’s just as effective.

“I absolutely hate wearing a bra, so I’ll show you my trick,” says influencer Heidi (@heeidi_) told viewers in a recent interview Video on tik tok.

At the beginning of the clip, Heidi said that viewers should look for any padded inserts in one of her sports bras and remove them.

“All you need are those bra pads that you find in every sports bra,” she explained.

Second, a roll of double-sided fashion tape was needed.

From this, viewers could deduce that the influencer would use the tape to sew a makeshift bra with the pads and place them on her chest for support.

However, Heidi noted that ingesting and sticking the pads to the skin in hot weather could spell disaster.

“I used to tape the pads to my skin, but on hot summer days it wasn’t really effective because the tape started to lose its grip,” she told viewers.

“So I found another way to do it.”

Heidi laid each bra pad on the floor and explained that her trick would allow the pads to stick to the wearer’s shirt instead of the skin.

Deliberately taped to each pad in three different corners provided maximum coverage.

“We’re going to use the outside of the pad and put little strips of tape on each corner — like this,” the fashion guru said, pointing to double-sided tape on the pads.

Heidi continued that the next part is personal and depends on the wearer as they need to position the pads where they want on the shirt.

“Then you take your pad and guess roughly where you want it and tape it to the shirt from the inside,” she said.

The clip then switched to Heidi showing the difference between the no-bra look and the pad hack, with a distinct difference in support and hold.

Heidi noted that the underwire essentially serves as a backless bra.

“Now you have a backless bra and you can use it on pretty much anything,” the influencer noted.

“I love it and I don’t have to wear a bra.”

Fans who prefer to do without a bra praised Heidi for her ingenious trick.

“Such a nice hack! Will definitely try,” wrote one user.

“So clever!” exclaimed another.

A third added: “Oh my god I do this all the time.”

Others said they didn’t care and still wanted to let their chests breathe.

“The same!! Only I don’t care lol free the fools,” they remarked.
