“I absolutely hate wearing bras, so I’ll show you my trick,” influencer Heidi (@heeidi_) told viewers in a recent time videotapes on TikTok.

At the beginning of the clip, Heidi says viewers should find pads in one of their sports bras and remove them.

“All you need are these bra pads, which you can find in any sports bra,” she explains.

Second, a roll of double-sided fashion tape is required.

From that, viewers can conclude that the influencer will use duct tape to form a temporary bra with pads, placing them on her breasts for support.

However, Heidi notes that taking pads and sticking them on your skin can spell disaster in hot weather.

“I used to put bandages on my skin, but on hot summer days it doesn’t really work because the patch will start to lose grip,” she told viewers.

“So I found another way to do it.”

Placing each bra pad on the floor, Heidi explained that her hack would allow the pads to stick to the wearer’s shirt instead of their skin.

Intentionally positioned tape on each pad at three different angles provides maximum coverage.

“We’re going to use the outside of the pad and we’re going to use little strips of tape on each corner – like that,” said the fashion expert, pointing to the double-sided tape on the pad.

Heidi continued that the sequel is personal, up to the wearer, as they will need to position the pads where they want on the shirt.

“Then you would take your pad and estimate where you want it to be, and you would stick it on the inside of your shirt,” she said.

The clip then switches to Heidi, showing the difference between braless and buttock styles, with obvious differences in support and lift.

Heidi notes that the hack essentially acts as a backless bra.

The influencer noted: “You now have a backless bra and you can apply it to anything.

“I love it, and I don’t need to wear a bra.”

Fans who also like to go braless have praised Heidi for her ingenious hacks.

“What a cool hack! I’ll definitely give it a try,” wrote one user.

“So smart!” cried another.

A third added: “Omg, I do this all the time.”

Others say they don’t care and intend to let their chests breathe.

“Similar!! Except I don’t care lol free boobies,” they noted.
