I created a DIY privacy fence using Home Depot bargains – it hides my trash cans, they hurt your curb appeal

A DIY expert has revealed her privacy fence to let in the sun privately.

The home improvement enthusiast purchased this piece from Home Depot.

Kelsea O’Brien (@alsa_kozyhome) shows her pitch before glowing in a TikTok post.

“Someone needs to say it,” read the text above videotapes. “The trash can compromise your curb appeal.”

She offers a solution to the aesthetic problem.

“Hide them,” she added.

Kelsea details everything she uses to transform outdoor spaces.

She used cement, a bucket as well as a shovel, four wooden poles, a four planks and nails.

First, she instructs viewers to dig a hole at least a foot deep in the ground.

“Put the column in the hole and fill it with quick setting cement. Make sure it’s level before placing,” she said.

She cuts the boards to fit the fence, secures them with nails or screws, and adds a splash of color.

Kelsea also shares a way to lighten the privacy barrier even further.

“Finally, add flowers or whatever decorations you want,” she says.
