Gem (@bella.inizio), 5’4″ and size 8/10, shared shopping activity with more than 260,000 TikTok followers.

Immediately, the blonde joked that the journey was off to a great start as she tried to button up her denim tube top.

She laughed after giving up the futile effort: “This is too big,” she added, chuckling, letting the half-buttoned shirt lay languidly on her chest.

Next was a blue dress, which at first glance seemed to flatter her figure, but Jade had only one problem: “Why is it dragging on the floor?” she asked.

Despite the two disappointing outfits, she still didn’t give up the remaining items in her inventory.

However, the hot pink cardigan and skirt once again failed to meet her expectations: “I’m 5’4″, who is this for?”, she asked as she turned around. Show off your short skirt.

She tried on a black tank top and floral skirt, which seemed to fit her frame at first.

“Cute, isn’t it? Oh no, no, no, can you wear this out?” she asked, turning once more to reveal the miniskirt she didn’t feel comfortable in.

People thanked her for her honest and refreshing review: “I love this! I have more misses on ASOS than hits,” said one commenter.

“I feel like you’ve never seen this on TikTok.”

Another said: “I hate skirts that are so short that you can’t justify keeping it because you can’t wear it out.”

Others agreed that there are pitfalls to buying things online: “It’s so real! The horror of online shopping,” agreed one viewer.
