I discovered a H&M home store and couldn’t get enough – I don’t even have a house and I still got a huge haul

A keen shopper was swept away by H&M Home after discovering one of her standalone stores in her hometown.

And she said she’s so impressed with what she’s found on the store’s shelves that she’s gotten a great pick – despite not having a home to decorate with.

@vickaboox on social media was browsing the high street in her hometown of Milton Keynes when she spotted H&M Home in the distance.

She decided to check it out and filmed the whole thing for her 802.9k TikTok followers to follow in her footsteps.

@vickaboox told them: “Milton Keynes is doing quite a bit – since when is there an H&M store in my local mall?

“I don’t even own a house, so I really need to show some self-control.”

Moments later, however, @vickaboox had decided to throw caution to the wind and started putting things in her shopping basket.

Holding up a pretty pink and orange plate, she continued, “Yeah, forget that, look at those little plates — they’re so cute I have two.”

Vick then grabbed a “gorgeous” light pink tray that’s ideal for spring and summer – and added it to her growing swag.

Giving in to buying things, she joked, “It’s not a need, it’s a need.”

And she didn’t stop there.

Instead, Vick stocked various other items, from home accessories like candle holders to prosecco glasses.

She continued, “There were so many different funky candle holders, I settled on this one.”

Then she held up a plain pink Plexiglas holder

Vick also admitted she was “a fan of trinket trays,” so she couldn’t resist picking up a small cream one.

Adding it to her purchases, she quipped, “At this point I have more trinket trays than I actually have trinkets.

“But I treated myself to another one because it’s so pretty and it made me happy.”

Other items that brought a smile to her face were a gold cake server as she said she needed something if she had her own apartment.

And although she tried not to give in to temptation, she eventually returned to the same place and picked up some similar golden pastry forks.

She also wrapped up what she described as “the cutest thing I’ve ever seen” as she held up a patterned mosaic mug.

While the glassware department also delivered, she took home a pretty glass of prosecco.

After exhausting herself in the kitchen area, Vick moved on to the bathroom, garden and plant area.

She said: “The garden area is absolutely gorgeous – I fell in love with a gold watering can.

“The last item I had to pick up, however, was a beautiful clear vase,” she said, clutching the clear ribbed medium vase.

As she went to check out, Vick also said she couldn’t believe she was so mesmerized by the store.

She concluded, “So, yeah, that was me spending money decorating a house instead of saving my money to buy the house…”
