I don’t go out in the sun or fake tan – my natural glow is all to do with my eating habits

A CLEVER woman shared her trick to getting a summer glow without lying in the sun or using fake tanner.
She said her tanned appearance has everything to do with her healthy eating habits.
Isabelle Lux (@isabelle.lux) shared her self-tanning secret in one Video Response to Tiktok.
“Beast, just eat three large carrots a day. I’ve been doing this for years.”
“I don’t tan anymore. I don’t go out in the sun during the day anymore,” she said.
She revealed she’s not naturally tan and compared her skin tone to a children’s cartoon.


“It’s literally my natural skin tone, pale and pink like Peppa Pig, trust me,” she said.
She attributed her looks to eating three large carrots a day.
“Just eat your carrots,” she added in the caption.
The video attracted many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comments section.

“No wonder I’m so pale,” wrote one. “I’m allergic to carrots so I can’t get any extra help,” to which another viewer replies, “Try sweet potatoes.”

“It’s true, I only liked carrots and sweet potatoes when I was a baby, and it turned me orange,” agreed a third.
