There have already been many people switching to glycolic acid.

“I use it and it’s really good,” said one person, while another was equally thrilled.

“I swear it. After figuring that out, I don’t wear deodorant anymore.”

Explaining its popularity, Liv said, “It’s going viral for a reason – it’s one of my favorite things in general.

“I don’t wear deodorant because I don’t have to. Not because I don’t want it.

“I can get through sweaty workouts at the gym and sprint without the odor bothering me and it just reduces the odor odor and reduces your sweating too.”

Glycolic acid used to be a skin care product, but its benefits as an alternative to deodorant have gained traction online.

“Apparently it has many other benefits, but that’s really all I use it for,” she said.

“You need these cotton pads and you just wipe your armpit with them and that’s it, literally.”

One commenter admitted she was influenced.

Another agreed: “Oh my god, same thing. I noticed that I don’t smell anymore.”
