In one of their latest videos, they show how they save money when buying their own tiny home.
Home Depot sells spacious sheds that many people have converted into homes.
In the video, they show a larger, two-story shed with a wraparound porch, an attractive metal roof, and some extra supports to give it a homey feel.
The price for the shed, installation and delivery was only $9,528.
However, if you buy the shed and all the upgrades to make it look like the model, the price goes up to $29,997.
The TikToker explains that they bought their shed over the winter for just over $9,000 and bought the materials to do the renovations themselves.
They added that “it wasn’t difficult at all.”
It is important to note that laws regarding tiny homes vary from country to country and provide guidelines on where you can have a tiny home.
These laws can create additional costs for things like proper insulation and wiring, installing water, and paying rent for the land you have your tiny home on.

The owner pointed out that the area under the stairs could be used as a closet “or you could put a small bed in there”.
Upstairs is an eight foot loft that could be used as a bedroom.
“You could easily put a king-size bed in here,” he said.
