The man who controls the freedom to plant (@athatcher85) account shared a video with the almost 60,000 people who have subscribed to his channel, a two-story tiny house.

The man described the miniature red house as neat, noting that it could be used as a small off-grid cabin but was “quite big for a shed”.

He pointed out that Smoky Mountain Storage Barns could supply the smaller mini homes (14 x 14).

The company would have to build the 16 by 16 small houses on site, as the man in the clip shows, he explained.

The company that sells the tiny houses delivers the houses in East Tennessee.

For $6,999, the person behind the Planting Freedom YouTube account said the tiny house is selling for a pretty good price considering “they put it on your website and build it and do everything to make it happen.”

Both the 14 x 14 and 16 x 16 versions of the cabin, which he says can be bought with cash and lived off the grid, have stairs.

The smaller, two-story tiny house retails for $5,200.

Captioning the video, he explained, “This is the perfect opportunity to own a small home cheaply and without a mortgage. You could pay cash for it and finish the interior over time.”

The guy continued: “There’s no point in going into debt for 30 years just to have a place to call home. A two-story tiny house that can be built off-grid.”

He added: “Excellent business idea even for those who know about construction. You can build these cheaply and sell them as a side job. Cheap, spacious and affordable housing.”

As the guy in the clip stretched his arm into the empty mini house, he said, “I’m not allowed to touch the ceiling.”

The man noticed that the ceiling in the house appeared to be about eight feet high.

“You can get it with different options – different doors, glass doors and stuff like that and even more windows,” he said.

Definitely showing off the style of the stairs, he said, “That’s not a ladder that goes up to an attic or anything — those are real stairs.”

He recommended putting a bathroom or hot water tank under the stairs.

As the man climbed the stairs, he said the top floor seemed big enough to fit two rooms, noting the “decently sized windows.”

“I’m sure you could probably build that for about the same price, maybe a little less, but it’s a good deal either way,” he said.

The Lord received nearly 850 comments on the YouTube post.

“Thanks for this video,” someone said.

“I always wondered that because I saw these shed conversions and thought it was pretty cool, but I always thought there must be something more to it.”

“That’s cool,” one person interjected.

They went on to say, “This affordable empty shell offers the opportunity to set up your own partitions and create your own room sizes and layouts.”

Someone added, “This is a great option for those who need a small home quickly and inexpensively. Thank you for sharing!”
