GYM Mouse says getting a toned waist and toned arms isn’t as hard as you might think.
She transformed her body by exercising for only 15 minutes a day.
Fitness trainer Luisa Giuliet (@luisagiuliet) often shares videos of her workout routine on TikTok to inspire women who want to get in shape.
She revealed that her flat stomach and muscular body are the result of a daily fast diet consisting of 5 simple movements.
The exercises also restored her chronic pain.
“POV: You start doing deep exercises consistently and your waist is tight, your arms and glutes are strong, and your back pain is gone,” she begins in clip.
The first position involves lifting your back onto the yoga mat, holding your body with your hands and feet.
Next, she’s in the same position but with her legs bent to form a body bridge, and slowly lifts one knee up toward her chest at a time.
Standing upright for the third move, Luisa rotates a weight around her body, passing it from hand to hand in front of her stomach and behind her back.
She returns to the bridge position for the next move, but lifts one leg straight forward each time.
Her final move is to lean diagonally on the table, support her weight with her hands, and slowly kick each leg up.
“Try these exercises for 15-20 minutes a day,” she captioned the clip.
One viewer was ready to try it out and commented, “Okay, I’m listening.”
