I got the ‘cutest’ shorts at a thrift store for 34¢ – people say they’re missing ‘80% of the material’

A SAVVY shopper showed off her latest thrift store find, prompting viewers to ask her to model the bizarre garment.

She went looking cute summery shortsand this is what she came home with – at least theoretically.

Elizabeth Faust (@eliz.abethclaire) couldn’t wait to get home to share Thrift store treasure with their social media followers.

in one Video On TikTok, she shared the “yield” from her car right after she left a local shop with a “rare find.”

“I can’t believe I got these shorts benevolence‘ she wrote in the caption.

“Oh my god guys,” Faust said, gesturing excitedly at the camera while hiding her purchase off-screen.

“This is your public service announcement,” she said. “Go to Goodwill. Do your summer shopping.”

“There’s some good stuff in there right now,” she said. “I just got the cutest pair of American Eagle shorts for 34 cents.”

The dramatic discount may have been stunning, but then Faust held up the shorts.

Her purchase was even more shocking than the price.

The “shorts” were little more than a denim thong. The jean shorts had been customized and cut into a tiny pair of barely-there briefs.

“They are so cute!” said Faust, now clearly feigning enthusiasm at their amazing business. “Would you like the fuck to shut up.”

Viewers were brought to hysterical tears by their ridiculous “bargain.” Several thanked Faust for sharing her $0.34 find with the world.

“I laughed out loud,” wrote one woman.

“Guys, they got an 80 percent discount because they missed 80 percent of the material,” surmised another person.

A few people poked fun at the nearly invisible “ghost shorts” and poked fun at the ridiculous silhouette.

“I’m still waiting for the shorts, where are they?” one person wrote.

And one request stood out above all others.

“Please put them on,” begged one commenter, receiving over 1,500 likes and several affirmative comments.

“They’re a little big in the waist,” she said as she buttoned them up.

Turning around, she revealed that the high-waisted denim left her bottom completely exposed.

Faust kept up her enthusiasm. “Serve, kill!” she cheered, striking a pose in her bargain pants.
