“I’ve been told I look ten years younger, and I definitely can tell,” said Ross, an IT manager.

The Edinburgh-based man had tried and failed on several crash diets in the past while trying to lose weight after being told in August 2021 that he had high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

At the time, Ross was indulging in a sugary breakfast consisting of a syrup latte and pastries, which actually made him hungry.

“I had to eat chocolate or chips until 11 a.m., which upset me for the rest of the day,” he explained.

After replacing the processed brekies with three eggs, he felt “fuller” throughout the day and had “less cravings for snacks and junk food,” he explained.

Eggs are high in protein, which has a variety of benefits, not the least of which is keeping you full, which can help with weight loss.

There is even Research to show how eating eggs for breakfast can help reduce calorie intake by more than 400 calories throughout the day.

This healthier lifestyle led to slight weight loss results that gave Ross the impetus needed to make more changes, like hitting the gym.

Since beginning his weight loss journey, Ross has found a “newfound passion for fitness and all-around healthy living,” he said.

“As far as the rest of the meals go, I just make wise choices and limit junk food to very special occasions,” he added.

Ross shared his body transformation on TikTok, which saw him go from 18lbs (8lbs) to around 13lbs (13lbs).

Although the post was well received, viewers couldn’t help but crack a few jokes.

One person commented, “I know my boy farted wildly.”

“So a lot of farting helps me lose weight?” joked another user.

“This is awesome,” joked another fan.
