Torey (@textureandglowskin) shared beauty tips with her TikTok followers.

The skincare influencer in her 30s shared a photo of herself when she was in her 20s.

“This is a picture of me from six years ago and I think I look younger now than I did then,” she said.

“Much has to do with makeup and skincare techniques, so I wanted to share what I’ve changed to help me look younger than before.”

Torey says she started applying sunscreen, a big change from when she was obsessed with tanning beds from high school through college.

“I don’t want to spend money on it but in the summer I still bask in the sun and barely wear sunscreen,” she says, recalling her past mistakes.

Next, she explained that she improved under-eye wrinkles by combining retinol and more moisturizer.

She said: ‘I used to be completely afraid of moisturizers because I thought I should avoid them with oily skin and that’s just not true.

Next, she stopped using eyeliner for her lower lashes and instead used brown shadows to line her eyes for a more natural look.

Last but not least, even her lifestyle has changed since her 20s: “I’ve really changed my diet and lifestyle, back then I used to go out a lot. more,” she added.

People took to the comments section to share their thoughts on her advice.

“This is very helpful as I’m just over 20 years old and I really want to keep my skin healthy!!” one commenter.
