A TIKTOKER has revealed how she lost 120 pounds and maintained it with a healthy lifestyle.
She says the key is to start the day with a satisfying 30 grams of protein in the morning coffee.
Katlyn (@proffeequeenkt) filmed her in the kitchen making a morning drink in one videotapes on TikTok.
She said: “My name is Katlyn, I have lost 120 pounds and every morning I drink a protein coffee.
The health-conscious TikToker detailed how she concocts her high-protein drink.
“For starters, get yourself your favorite protein drink. If you can’t find Fairlife, use whatever you have on hand. Premier, Quest, it doesn’t matter.
“Pour the whole thing in here and then we add our coffee. I’m using cold brew that I brew at home,” she said.
She added an optional step to pour drinks with cold foam.
“In a separate container, I’m adding some heavy whipped cream to create a cold foam. And today I’m going for vanilla.
“Do four pumps, and then it’s your handy dandy’s turn and foam such bad boy.

“Once bubbly, go ahead and pour it on top. Grab your handy straw, check for clogging, and enjoy 30 grams of protein in the morning,” she says.
The video attracted viewers who shared their thoughts in the comments section.
“My mom says this is great because coffee suppresses cravings but protein burns fat,” one person wrote.
