MaKayla (@makayla_thomas_fit) shared the recipe with more than 1.5 million TikTok followers.

She started by cutting the crust of low-calorie bread.

Next, she combined two tablespoons of cream cheese and one tablespoon of powdered sugar and spread the mixture on toast.

For added drama, she added thinly sliced ​​strawberries.

She rolled up the toast tightly and then began preparing the egg dough.

She mixes together 1/4 cup egg whites, a little cinnamon, and 1/4 cup protein shake to boost the macros in the recipe.

She dips toast into the egg mixture and cooks them in a pan for a meal that contains 217 calories and 21 grams of protein.
