A KITCHEN expert revealed her post-workout meal.
Fitness fans say her recipe is simple and delicious, requiring only four ingredients.
Nikki (@plantifulkiki), an influencer who said she lost 70 pounds, appeared in the kitchen after sweating it out in the gym in a video posted to TikTok.
“What I get after a workout is quick and easy to put together and it also makes for a really delicious breakfast or dinner breakfast or dinner.
“I show you how to make this delicious black bean sweet potato,” she says.
Nikki points out that she likes to eat plant-based snacks after a good workout.
“It’s the perfect post-workout snack or meal. It’s super nutritious and super filling,” she says.
She started with a baked sweet potato, scraped the insides, and added in a store-bought, oil-free black bean spread.
“I only find it at the health food store if you can’t find it, just use some fat-free processed black beans,” she says.
She shares that she likes to add a little spice to her recipe after adding a few tablespoons of black beans to her potatoes.
“So you just add a few spoonfuls on top of your sweet potatoes and then hot sauce. I have a hot sauce addiction,” she says.
“It’s super simple but super tasty and delicious,” she says.
