“Low Fat Cajun Salmon Pasta,” reads the text on the video of her hearty meal.

“My new favorite,” she said of the meal.

The recipe uses salmon, pasta, garlic, onion, Cajun seasoning, parsley, coriander, Philadelphia light, semi-skimmed milk, Daily Seasoning, crushed garlic and onion seeds.

She fried the salmon before adding herbs and spices and then mixing it with pasta.

When asked about keeping her skin supple, she said: “I think it has a lot to do with skin elasticity and how it ‘stretches’ back.

“I’ve also done a lot of core hits to try and activate this area, but mostly skin elasticity.”

Several viewers enjoyed the recipe, expressing their cravings for healthy noodles in the comments.

“It’s been a long time since I last felt motivated,” one person wrote. “Thank.”

“Definitely going to make this today,” another said of the hearty recipe.

“We like a girl who seasoned her food,” commented a third of the flavorful noodles.
