A HEALTHY TikToker has revealed how he’s lost a whopping 85 pounds through his diet.

He shared his recipe for nachos that could curb Taco Bell cravings.

Benji Xavier (@benjixavier) showed off his step-by-step cooking instructions in a TikTok post.

“I ate the nachos while losing 85 pounds,” the caption reads above the video.

First he chopped up some mini peppers for the base.

Next, he oiled a skillet with olive oil, then added 99 percent lean ground turkey.

He seasoned the meat with chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.

Next, Benji sliced ​​up some jalapeños to give it a spicy twist.

He also diced some white onions for added flavor.

Benji lined a baking sheet with parchment paper and sorted the sliced ​​peppers.

He also sprinkled over the cooked ground turkey, diced onions and added shredded cheese, and topped it off with the jalapeños.
