A slim woman has revealed a delicious recipe that helped her lose excess weight in just a few months.
Rooxy (@rooxy.official) looks almost unrecognizable after losing an impressive 66 pounds with simple changes to her diet.
She has amassed more than 632,000 followers on TikTok, where she posts videos revealing how she transformed her body in six months and maintained the results.
Besides exercising at home without equipment, she also makes a conscious effort to eat healthy foods.
She took to the social media platform to reveal one of her favorite meals, perfect for lunch or dinner.
“Another easy healthy meal on my weight loss journey, -32kg (66 pounds),” reads the text on the video.
She started by chopping a red onion and placing it in a frying pan with canned sweet corn and spices.
Then, she individually fried each chopped chicken fillet seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and parsley.
While the meat cooks, Rooxy makes guac combining avocado, small tomatoes and lime juice.
Healthy eaters have used lettuce leaves as a substitute for bread rolls.
She puts a scoop of sweet corn and onion, then the chicken and tops it with guac.
After decorating the rolls, she brought them closer and took a delicious bite.
She listed the ingredients in the post’s caption along with hashtags including #easyrecipes, #healthyfoods and #recipes.
The video went viral and quickly received over 356,000 likes with commenters thanking Rooxy for sharing the recipe.
