A woman has revealed that she has lost weight and now cannot recognize her face.
Elise-Rose explains that thanks to exercise and a healthy diet, she was able to lose weight and completely change her appearance.

Posting on social media, Elise-Rose shared her clip with the caption ‘Time transforms’.
She shared: “Watch my face change after losing fat.”
At the beginning of the clip, we see many Elise-Rose clips before losing weight.
She was caught eating pizza and sleeping on the sofa, showing off her round face and split chin.
However, later in the video, Elise-Rose later shared a clip of herself after losing weight.
Not only has her face completely changed in shape, but it has also slimmed down a lot and people even think that she looks like a famous WAG with makeup.
The tanned brunette beauty has been compared to Georgina Rodríguez – an influential person in Spain and married to footballer Ronaldo.
When asked how she lost the weight, Elise-Rose confirmed: “I hit my goal after about 10 months but have lost some thanks to Covid.
“[I] I’m the healthiest person ever and it’s been over three years! It went up and down.
“The main point: your calorie deficit and the exercises you love.
“Meal prep will be useful if [you are] busy!
“Initially I did a lot of HIIT but also had strength [training] Currently.
“Just keep showing up. Be consistent and patient.”
Elise-Rose’s TikTok clip, shared with username @eliserosestanierapparently left many people gasping for breath as it quickly amassed a staggering 155,100 views.
Social media users were stunned by Elise-Rose’s change and many eagerly expressed this in the comments section.
