I love campervans but couldn’t afford one… so I transformed my car into the same thing for £20 using Wilko bargains

A CAMPERVAN fan who couldn’t afford to buy one did the next best thing and converted their car for just £20.
The TikTok user named “@cornlaw“I” took to the social media page to show her followers how they made it with Wilko bargains.
They captioned the footage: “I’m turning my car into a camper van for £20.”
In the wordless video, set to the tune of Broncho’s “Try Me Out Sometime,” they begin by cutting a piece of wood paneling and attaching it to the back of their blue Vauxhall car.
They then put some artificial grass in the trunk of the car.
Next is seen how they add multipurpose bubble wrap insulation which can be purchased from Wilko for just £20.
They trim the pieces to fit around the windows, then add some decorative touches with a few small lights and the tucking in of a bedspread.
The video then ends with a handful of clips from the 2014 documentary film Valley Uprising about the group of counterculture rock climbers who live an alternative lifestyle in Yosemite Valley, USA.
He managed to strike a chord with viewers as the short clip was viewed more than 3,200 times.
Commentators came in with their support.
One wrote: “So proud xx.”
Another added: “I’m obsessed with it.”
While a third person said, “Vancore.”
In April this year, a family of five showed how they all manage to live in an RV and the kids seem to be loving it.
In the same month, a couple revealed how they spent thousands converting a van into an RV and that they are now traveling the world.
Elsewhere, a couple who left the city job to live on the streets shared the pros and cons of “living in a van.”
