I made more than £900 profit flipping a car on Facebook – it only took me a few days… here’s how I did it

A MOTORS expert has revealed he made more than £900 by flipping a car on Facebook Marketplace.

The man took to social media to show users the tidy profit he made after selling a used Ford Fiesta.

TikTok user @nikolayzd bought a Fiesta with 8,326 miles on the odometer for £1,000 on Facebook Marketplace – and immediately took it to a local car wash to have it cleaned.

To make the car look even better, he repaired small scratches on the body with repair spray.

Within days, the poster earned more than £938 after accepting a £1,999 bid on Facebook Marketplace.

The car expert revealed he spent £17 on insurance, £20 on petrol and £4 on the car wash.

The video has gone viral on social media with 152,600 views – and 82 comments.

And most of the users were blown away after discovering the profit he made in just a few days.

One said: “How come it’s sold for full asking price every time.”

The poster replied: “I’m not taking any offers. As simple as that.”

Another user said, “Great flip.”

A third pointed out: “You did well to get that considering the mileage.”

That comes after a frugal Facebook Marketplace user shared how he bought a car for £500 and sold it for £850.

Plus, A driver who bought a Nissan 250SX on Facebook Marketplace was shocked at the actual condition of the car when he took a closer look.
