Sam Temple (@samtemp1e), a chef, shared the recipe in a video that has more than 40,000 followers on TikTok.

“I’ll show you how I make the salmon that I make three times a week,” she says.

“It’s really four ingredients,” she said, showing off her counter with broccoli, soy sauce, salmon and rice.

“I rinsed my broccoli then took a foil pan with some olive oil, some black pepper, and put it in the oven at 400 degrees,” she says.

Next, she cooks the rice, skins the salmon, and cuts them into bite-sized squares.

“Then I drizzled the soyaki glaze on top, let it sit for about an hour in the fridge, oiled the pan, put these in and made sure the salmon chunks were spaced just enough so it didn’t get too tight.” she said.

After five minutes in the pan, she laid out the salmon, rice, and broccoli with some mayo and it was time to eat.

“Easiest dinner ever for about $20 and I always have leftovers,” she says.

People have commented to share their thoughts on the recipe.

“Keep this content to the queen,” one person commented.

“This is a game changer!” another said.

“Mayo makes it so good,” a third agreed.
